Why does the first presidency not give the answers to the critical questions themselves?
Is it any wonder that people read the answers from anyone else.
You would not have to list possible sources for “good” information, if we would have the answers from the first presidency – in the official channels!
I am concerned with the numerous members who are now praying to Jesus Christ. We know Jesus taught otherwise. Even the young Elder that recently spoke in our Sacrament meeting talked about praying to Jesus and receiving answers, “Hear Him”. I thought: Goodness! What are they teaching at the MTC these days? With this excessive focus on our Savior, some members are effectually leaving out our prophet, the Holy Ghost, and Heavenly Father…. as these members plunk on one piano key over and over. All they are leaving out are eternally important in keeping us on the covenant path. There is no other means or name under heaven, other the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that we can return to our Heavenly Parents by.

I am releasing a pop Christian version of my second single, “Hope.” It is the winner of the 2021 BYU Women’s Conference composing competition, and that version has been viewed 170,000+ times on YouTube.
I wanted to share my mission experience. I waited a year to serve because of an ACL surgery. I was finally able to go on my mission but then had to get another surgery. After I recovered from that, I got in a car accident. After a few months of recovery, I was finally able to start my mission. After 2 weeks of home MTC and 3 weeks at the Mexico MTC, there was tendinitis found in my quad and tibia and I was sent home to continue physical therapy. I have been beyond blessed and I’m thankful foe the opportunity to serve although it was short.
Jesus Christ started a Church with 12 Apostles, and this lineage has been handed down through Apostalic Succession that is still here today. This same Church brought us Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition, and the Magisterium to deliver the complete Truth from our Lord… Jesus is the Second Person of the Holy Trinity, and those that deny His divinity are a liar and an Anti-Christ (1 John 2:22). This Church brought humanity the Seven Sacraments with Baptism “in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit” for the graces needed for eternal salvation. Reconciliation for forgiving sin through a priest, and the Bread of Life in the Eucharist where Jesus is truly present Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. These are critical facts about the Church started by Jesus Christ with the keys given to Peter the first pope – the gates of hell will not prevail (Matt 16:18). All other Christian churches are man-made with origins 1,500 years after His Church began. Jesus IS God… He is in union with the Father and the Holy Ghost, and was the creator of all that is seen and unseen. Be careful to bear false witness to another Gospel. There are well over 33,000 Christian denominations all claiming righteousness, and non-Christian faiths like Jahovah’s Witness, LDS, Muslim, Buddhism, and Hindu that claim something totally different than the Triune God of the universe. Keep searching, but land the plane on the One True Church started from His side. Your site looks great but I did notice that the word “intrested” appears to be spelled incorrectly. I saw a couple small issues like this. I thought you would like to know!
In case you wanted to fix it, in the past we’ve used services from a websites like HelloSpell.com to keep our site error-free.
I was sad to read the note addressed to those offended by Pres. Nelson’s talk. It was not peace-building, and it was not truly written for those who were offended but for those who were not.
I am a mother of one woman who was offended. Missionary work is celebrating common ground and finding a way to deeper faith with our brothers and sisters.
I honestly recommend that you have a check system where mothers and fathers of children who have struggled in their faith can comment before something is published.
I chose to not comment on Facebook, but it appears that comments here are public. That’s too bad. My feedback is not meant to start a discussion or further an argument. It is honest and heartfelt feedback.

Re your feature “One Girl’s Solution…”
While I perfectly understand how divided the United States has become and the need for those divisions to be healed I find that the headline reflects a certain parochialism. The Church of Jesus of Latter-Day Saints is a worldwide church and not one confined only to the USA. “Our” suggests that some in the church persist in still seeing it as exclusively American. I hesitate to remind my American brothers and sisters but there are many faithful members of the church who have never set foot on American soil. A small point perhaps but I raise it as a prompt to look around the world and see the bigger picture.
