When Lauren Lundevall received her mission call to Sweden, she never imagined she’d be making a detour to the Salt Lake City South Mission. Due to delays in her visa processing, in her words she’ll be “hanging out (working non stop)” in Utah for a little while.

While in Utah, she’s serving in a technology mission, which means they have more access to use technology and social media to help share uplifting messages of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Sister Lundevall teamed up with Sister Goulding to write this incredible song about the role that Jesus Christ plays in our lives.
Music is such a powerful way to teach principles of the gospel, and Sister Lundevall will reach many thousands of people while she is on this little mission detour in Salt Lake City.
We are so grateful that these sweet Sisters are willing to share their talents and testimonies with us.
We hope you can feel our testimonies in the lyrics of this song.
After to you listen to this song, will you help Sister Lundevall out? Share this article or video on your Facebook page or other social media accounts and let’s spread this message far and wide.

“Who Is Christ?” Sister Missionary Song
Written and Performed by
Sister Lauren Lundevall and McKenna Goulding 2018.
We know his name, we know the story.
He’s our light, our hope and our glory.
The Savior of this broken world, through
him we’ll be made holy.
He loves us, he leads us, he listens when
we cry. Our Savior & Redeemer will never
leave our side.
Refrain (duet)
He’ll always be the answer to any of our
prayers. If we stay strong and we hold on
we’ll always know he’s there.
Our Savior walks on water so when we
start to drown, he’ll pull us out if we reach
up and put us on high grounds.
Verse 2
He understands our struggles and knows
all of our pains. His sacrifice can heal our
hearts if we call upon his name.
He teaches and he listens. We need him
every day. But just as much as he needs
us to live with him someday.
Refrain
He’s in everything I do and say. My hopes
and dreams and words I pray. He stands
with me in life’s great storms and never
walks away.
Refrain
He’ll pull us out if we reach up and
put us on high grounds.
We know his name, we know the story.
He’s our light, our hope and our glory.

Whoa! This is very unique! It sounds a bit Indie and Celtic. Spread your wings and influence about Jesus Christ, Sisters. He lives! Way to go!
