We drove 5,500 from Utah to New Jersey and back, hitting Winter Quarters, Nauvoo, Carthage, Kirtland, Palmyra, and Harmony Pennsylvania, and by far the highlight of our trip was staying at the Nauvoo Log Cabins.
Our only regret is not staying longer, because we would have loved to have spent more time relaxing in the Lodge, which was such a fun place to stay for our family.
For more information about Nauvoo Log Cabins, including a 360 tour of the Lodge, as well of images and descriptions of all of their different cabin options, you can visit their website here > Nauvoo Log Cabins Website

Here’s what a few others have said about Nauvoo Log Cabins:
Over the years, I have stayed in various properties in and around Nauvoo, and this is now a favorite. Those who are visiting the historic sites and want to stay in town will find the log cabins to be a cut above in terms of cleanliness, staff availability and efficiency, comfort, and style. – Cedar Falls, Iowa
Our family stayed at the main lodge with my two sisters and their kids. There was tons of space for the kids to spread out and play. They loved the wagon bed! They were able to make noise without disturbing anyone so we could all relax. The furnishings were clean and very cute. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and tools we needed to prepare our large meals. We love this place and we will always choose Nauvoo Log Cabins for family getaways! – Columbia Missouri
You can access a 360 tour of the lodge on Nauvoo Log Cabins website, but you can also see a tour of the lodge that we uploaded to our YouTube channel. Sometimes it helps to see the layout of a place before you rent it to make sure that it will fit for you and your family.
