President Russell M. Nelson gave a charge to the membership of the LDS Church during the 188th Annual General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. “I urge you to stretch beyond your current spiritual ability to receive personal revelation…”¹
President Nelson is not asking us to learn and live a principle that he does not know and live himself.
With plans to announce 6 new temples during General Conference, President Nelson was sensitive to the continuing revelation for the church that has been flowing upon him since his call as prophet of the Lord.

On the eve of General Conference, President Nelson realized there was one additional temple that needed to be announced.
Speaking to saints in Southern India as part of his Global Ministry Tour, President Nelson said that the Lord revealed His will that those in India would receive a house of the Lord.
“Our plans were to announce six new temples at conference time,” said President Nelson. “The Lord told me on the eve of conference: ‘Announce a temple in India.’ … That was the Lord’s doing.”²
How wonderful it is to have a prophet of the Lord for our day and our time. One who hears the will of the Lord and is able to recognize His voice, for the blessing of all of God’s children.

“It was a thrill for me to receive the real impression that I should announce that there will be a temple here in India,” he explained in an interview. “The temple is our ultimate destination here on planet earth. All the blessings that God has in store for His faithful people come in the temple.”³
Critics of the church will often ask when the last time a prophet has received revelation for the church. Now you know! How blessed we are.

It’s wonderful to have Temple in India 🇮🇳 I myself shout for joy when President Nelson name Cagayan De Oro City 🌃 Philippines 🇵🇠I prayed 16-20 years ago for the Temple build in the Island. I wanted to go back home serve the Temple.
