Six Peter Hollens’ In One Video Makes for Viral YouTube Record

peter hollens

Peter Hollens, an acapella YouTube singer who creates arrangements using only his voice and mouth, has just set a personal record for his fastest video to hit 2 million views. If you haven’t seen this video yet, you’re in the minority and you need to change that right now.

In his video released on Tuesday, Hollens is sitting on a church pew all by himself as he starts to sing “Mary, Did You Know?” A few seconds later her is joined by another Peter, then another, then another until there is a church full of Peter Hollens’. This is a must-watch!

Hollens makes an invitation at the end of his video for his viewers to watch “A Savior is Born” a short video produced by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This is significant as Hollens is the only YouTuber that is not of the Mormon faith who has helped with this initiative, yet he is so willing and eager to share his love for the Savior and this special time of year.
